Job summary

RSM US LLP in Houston is seeking an Audit Products Partner to lead audit and assurance client relationships, driving growth and consistent delivery across engagements for middle-market clients.

You will supervise engagement teams, manage complex, multi-entity portfolios, assess risks, review work, and coach staff, while maintaining profitability, quality and independence in line with US GAAP and firm standards.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of progressive public accounting / external audit experience.
• Experience leading audit engagements of increasing complexity and size.
• CPA required and deep technical mastery of accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as audit engagement leader and client service coordinator, managing required financial statements and disclosures.
• Manage multiple engagements, oversee milestones, and allocate resources for complex audits.
• Identify technical accounting matters early and coordinate with firm specialists as needed.
• Review work product, communicate audit status to clients, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain relationships with clients to understand goals and strategy.
• Ensure profitability, billing, collections, and engagement economics.
• Develop others through training, coaching, and feedback; mentor staff.
• Lead with ethical judgment, independence, and adherence to standards.
