Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic mechanics knowledge.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and blueprints.
• Able to read micrometers and gauges and understand tolerances.
• Knowledge of power hand tools and clamping methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; organized and safe.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Maag equipment including pelletizers, pumps, and filters on the Kent line.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and electrical prints for correct fit.
• Operate hand tools, measure components, and ensure tolerances per drawings.
• Document labor hours and report discrepancies in BOMs.
• Maintain safety standards, wear PPE, and participate in team meetings.
