Job summary

Holland Pump Company is seeking a highly skilled Application Engineer to support growth across engineering, operations, and field services. You will develop, integrate, and maintain applications and engineering solutions for pump rental, dewatering, water treatment, fabrication, equipment design, and field operations.

This role requires collaboration with engineering, IT, sales, and service teams to deliver practical technology solutions that improve design, performance, workflow efficiency,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in industrial/engineering environments developing applications.
• Experience with pump systems, fluid mechanics, dewatering, or similar industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with CAD platforms SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo.
• Understanding of GD&T and machine design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications supporting Holland Pump’s engineering, rental, service, manufacturing, fabrication, and field operations.
• Develop technology solutions that improve the design, selection, configuration, operation, and maintenance of pumps and related systems.
• Integrate engineering and CAD platforms into workflows.
• Create and maintain technical drawings, layouts, schematics, and system designs.
• Support standardized pump system designs for various applications.
• Develop tools and applications to assist teams with selection, sizing, planning, and execution.
• Integrate engineering applications with ERP/CRM and other operational platforms.
