Job summary

Holland Pump Company is seeking an Application Engineer to support engineering, operations, and field service. You will develop, integrate, and maintain applications and engineering solutions for pump rental, dewatering, water treatment, and related equipment.

The ideal candidate combines software development with mechanical engineering knowledge, CAD design experience, and familiarity with industrial systems, automation, and system integration.

Qualifications

• Experience developing applications in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of pump systems, dewatering, and water treatment.
• CAD proficiency and machinery design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications supporting Holland Pump’s engineering, rental, service, manufacturing, fabrication, and field operations.
• Integrate engineering and CAD platforms into workflows.
• Support engineering design and field operations with practical technology solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis when applications fail.
