ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Analytics Engineer to join a nationwide engineering team. You will develop integrated models for capacity, labor, material flow, and cost to support factory planning and operations.

You will collaborate across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to deliver data-driven insights, build AI-enhanced analytics, and drive improvements in throughput and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Candidates must have 7+ years in industrial engineering analytics or related modeling.
• Strong experience building capacity and labor models from scratch.
• Proficient in analytical tools and reporting platforms.
• Experience translating data into actionable leadership-friendly insights.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage integrated industrial engineering models linking capacity, labor, material flow, PFEP, and cost.
• Build capacity, labor, OEE, yield, scrap, and COGS models to drive efficiency.
• Perform bottleneck analysis, scenario planning, and capacity expansion evaluations.
• Create business cases for capital investments (ROI, IRR, NPV, cost-benefit).
• Support factory layout, site planning, material flow, and production strategy with data-driven insights.
• Develop factory simulation models to analyze throughput and performance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, MES, and Controls.
• Design scalable data models, dashboards, and analytics systems for visibility.
• Implement AI-driven tools and automated reporting to enhance performance.
• Present complex findings and recommendations to leadership.
