Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial engineering or manufacturing analytics experience.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning, OEE, and cost modeling.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI for dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity planning models.
• Perform labor planning and workforce optimization.
• Build COGS models including direct labor, overhead, scrap, and costs.
• Lead CAPEX planning and investment justification.
• Develop OEE models for availability, performance, quality.
• Conduct scrap rate analysis and yield tracking.
• Perform cycle time studies and line balancing.
• Support capacity expansion and readiness through analytics.
• Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, SQL.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering.
• Run scenario analyses for capacity, labor, throughput and costs.
• Generate management-level recommendations.
