Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineering Analytics Engineer in Pittsburgh. You will lead advanced analytics to optimize manufacturing efficiency, capacity planning, and cost, building integrated IE models that connect capacity, labor, PFEP, and COGS for data-driven decisions across factory operations.

The role requires 7+ years in industrial engineering analytics, with expertise in capacity planning, OEE, and manufacturing modeling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) or related field.
7+ years of experience in industrial engineering analytics, manufacturing modeling, or operations analysis.
Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, capacity planning, and industrial engineering principles.

Responsibilities

Develop and own integrated IE models connecting capacity, labor, material flow, PFEP, and COGS for factory planning.
Build capacity models including cycle time, OEE, yield losses, and bottleneck analysis.
Develop labor models to optimize headcount, utilization, and labor cost across production systems.
Create and evaluate business cases for capital investments (ROI, IRR, NPV).
Lead COGS modeling including labor, overhead, scrap, and process-driven costs.
