Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Refrigeration Maintenance Technician II at our Auburndale manufacturing plant. You will maintain and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration, boilers, water treatment, and electrical systems to keep production running safely and efficiently.

You will work with a team focused on safety, precision, and collaboration, with opportunities for ongoing training in manufacturing automation and safety systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial plant maintenance experience with anhydrous ammonia refrigeration and/or HVAC systems.
• CIRO certification required within six months of hire.
• HS diploma or GED;Technical experience may be considered.
• Experience with boilers, 600 PSI air, wastewater treatment, RO/nano filtration, and electrical up to 460V.
• Ability to read blueprints and equipment schematics; lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration systems with safety and reliability focus.
• Maintain boilers, condensate return, and steam distribution networks.
• Operate and troubleshoot water treatment, RO, and nano-filtration.
• Maintain compressed air systems and HVAC-related equipment.
• Manage fire protection systems and power distribution (460 VAC).
• Support Hazardous Chemical Response Team and participate in drills.
• Use CMMS for work orders, history, and labor documentation.
• Train peers on technical skills and safety protocols.
• Travel to other Coca-Cola facilities as needed.
