Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Technician with ammonia refrigeration experience to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial refrigeration systems. You will work hands-on on compressors, pumps, valves, evaporators, and condensers while maintaining electrical systems and production equipment.

You will document work in the CMMS, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with contractors when needed to support projects.

Qualifications

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, food production, or similar environments.
1-2 years of industrial ammonia refrigeration experience or equivalent trade school training.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read equipment diagrams (P&IDs a plus).
Experience using a CMMS for work orders and preventive maintenance is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial ammonia refrigeration systems to ensure safe, reliable operation.
Troubleshoot and maintain compressors, pumps, valves, evaporators, condensers, and other refrigeration equipment.
Maintain and repair electrical systems, motors, controls, and production equipment.
Conduct general facility maintenance including plumbing, mechanical systems, and building repairs.
Inspect and repair material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Document work in the CMMS and communicate issues with recommendations to minimize downtime.
