Job summary

Flowstar Industrial in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Industrial Air Applications Specialist to join our team. You will serve as a key point of contact for distributors and the internal sales team, offering product guidance and resolving technical issues with efficiency and clarity.

Work closely with QA/QC and technical colleagues to ensure customers have the best experience using our pumps, valves, and instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Experience reading Imperial and Metric measurements.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Some travel required.
• Experience in the compressed air industry is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, Teams, or in person.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate bugs to Incident and Change Management.
• Coordinate with QA/QC to validate product conformance by pneumatic testing, dimensional measuring, and visual inspection.
• Log customer interactions and issues in CRM.
• Learn and understand the competitive landscape.
• Assist distributors with cost-effective solutions for customers.
• Identify opportunities for product or process improvements.
