Flowstar Industrial in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Industrial Air Applications Specialist to join our team. You will serve as a key point of contact for distributors and the internal sales team, offering product guidance and resolving technical issues with efficiency and clarity.

Work closely with QA/QC and technical colleagues to ensure customers have the best experience using our pumps, valves, and instrumentation.

Qualifications

Experience reading Imperial and Metric measurements.
Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
Some travel required.
Experience in the compressed air industry is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, Teams, or in person.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate bugs to Incident and Change Management.
Coordinate with QA/QC to validate product conformance by pneumatic testing, dimensional measuring, and visual inspection.
Log customer interactions and issues in CRM.
Learn and understand the competitive landscape.
Assist distributors with cost-effective solutions for customers.
Identify opportunities for product or process improvements.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Industrial Air Applications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for our distributors and internal sales team, offering product guidance and resolving technical issues with efficiency and clarity. You’ll work closely with technical colleagues and the Quality Assurance team to ensure customers have the best experience while using our products.

Responsibilities

Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, Teams, or in person.
Troubleshoot technical issues and elevate all bugs to Incident and Change Management.
Work closely with QA/QC to validate product conformance by pneumatic testing, dimensional measuring, and visual inspection.

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Ability to read Imperial and Metric measurements.
Ability to use hand tools i.e., cordless drills, impact wrenches, tubing cutters, and miter saws.
Capable of lifting 50lbs.
Experience in the compressed air industry is a plus, but not required.
Some travel required.
