Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, OT/IT, or related field.
• Experience in a pre‑sales, sales engineering, or customer‑facing technical role.
• Ability to engage credibly with OT engineers and business/IT stakeholders.
• Comfort with scripting (Python or JavaScript) and working with APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospects to shape solution presentations.
• Deliver tailored product demos and solution presentations for customer use cases.
• Deploy and support small pilots and proof‑of‑concept projects.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to provide technical depth during the sales cycle.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs with accurate, compelling technical content.
• Relay market and customer feedback to Product Management.
