Job summary

Zscaler, a leader in AI-forward cybersecurity, is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect - OT to join our field Specialist team. You will own end-to-end engagements across OT, architecting target-state designs and aligning with ISA/IEC 62443 and the Purdue Model, while driving demand from defined accounts and leading architecture workshops.

The role blends business ownership with high-level technical leadership, enabling secure industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and problem-solving
• Proven experience leading consultative customer engagements - facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops and translating discovery into target-state architecture.
• Solid understanding of macro and micro segmentation and network-level controls, including NAC (ISE, ClearPass), SD-WAN, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop OT demand. Work from a scored target account list, customer advisory boards, industry events, and structured outbound, converting first meetings into in-depth architecture workshops.
• Own the solution across the OT portfolio and lead target-state design. Architect across Zero Trust Branch (ZTB), deception, Privileged Remote Access (PRA), and Zscaler Cellular - selecting and combining capabilities against the customer's environment rather than leading with a single product.
• Deliver the OT consultative motion end to end within a defined, instrumented engagement process. Lead from first-meeting narrative through architecture workshop, working alongside the account team and SE, and aligning security and network stakeholders who often hold different views of the target state.
