Job summary

Stiles Machinery, a leading provider of woodworking technology, seeks an Aftermarket Sales & Service Representative to support the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. You’ll build lasting relationships with manufacturers, identify service and parts opportunities, and help customers keep production running at peak efficiency.

This hybrid role requires occasional travel in a company van to customer sites, with a mix of office-based work and field visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales or field service.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to understand industrial equipment and replacement parts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex by providing aftermarket support and service.
• Travel roughly every other week to customer facilities in a company van; mix of office and field visits.
• Recommend OEM replacement parts, spare parts, machine upgrades, maintenance, refurbishment, or modernization solutions.
• Help customers reduce downtime and maximize equipment performance and longevity.
• Generate quotations, process orders, and manage territory activity through CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Parts Specialists, Technical Support, and Field Service teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities for new equipment sales and refer qualified leads to the sales team.
• Develop long-term partnerships as trusted advisors for aftermarket service needs.
