Job summary

Power Parts International is looking for an Electrical Field Service Technician to manage the startup, repair, and maintenance of induction heating and melting equipment across the Midwest. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical knowledge and be willing to travel up to 90% of the time.

This role includes testing, troubleshooting, and providing training to customers while delivering superb service and technical support. Compensation includes base pay along with profit incentives and benefits like health and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Electrical knowledge of induction heating and melting equipment is required.
• Must be willing to travel 75-90% of the time.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Test and repair induction heating and melting equipment at customer locations.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and install equipment.
• Work on site to repair and upgrade customer equipment.
• Conduct training sessions with customers.
