STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking an Induction Braze Operator to join the team. The role involves set-up and operation of induction brazing equipment to customer specifications, assembly of details, and performing calibration, measurement and inspection tasks.

The candidate will follow work instructions and may assist with related duties in the manufacturing cell. The position requires standing and walking, good manual dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required, or 1–3 months related experience or training.

This position is responsible for the set-up and operation of induction brazing equipment to customer specifications including assembly of details at various levels prior to brazing. Brazers are responsible for performing various calibration, measuring, and inspection functions. Job Description

• Continuously completes successful braze and debraze procedures in manufacturing cell


• Makes and cuts braze rings.


• Follows all applicable work instructions and documentation.


• Assembles using resistance tack welders.


• Fabricates and insulates braze coils and glass.


• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.


• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.


• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.


• Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time


• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
