STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking an Induction Braze Operator to join the team. The role involves set-up and operation of induction brazing equipment to customer specifications, assembly of details, and performing calibration, measurement and inspection tasks.

The candidate will follow work instructions and may assist with related duties in the manufacturing cell. The position requires standing and walking, good manual dexterity, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate induction brazing equipment to customer specifications.
• Assemble details at various levels prior to brazing.
• Perform calibration, measuring and inspection functions.
• Stand/walk, use hands, reach; lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Adhere to work instructions and documentation.
