Job summary

Next Level Parks is seeking an Indoor Soft Play & Adventure Attraction Installer to lead hands-on installation of commercial indoor playgrounds, soft play structures, trampoline attractions, and related equipment. Frequent travel to customer sites across the United States is required.

You will work within a field installation team under a Lead Installer, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time project turnover.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install commercial indoor playground equipment per drawings and instructions.
• Install structural components, padding, netting, slides, and related equipment.
• Measure, level, align, secure, and fasten equipment accurately.
• Follow daily work assignments from Lead Installer.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, staging, and inventory of materials.
• Identify missing or damaged components and report promptly.
• Maintain safe work area and follow PPE requirements.
• Support quality checks, punch-lists, and final project turnover.

Job description

The Indoor Soft Play & Adventure Attraction Installer is responsible for the hands-on installation of commercial indoor playground equipment, soft play structures, trampoline attractions, sports attractions, climbing elements, interactive attractions, and related equipment.

Installers work as part of a field installation team under the direction of a Lead Installer. This position requires strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to travel frequently to customer locations throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install commercial indoor playground and attraction equipment according to approved drawings, layouts, and manufacturer instructions.
• Install structural components, platforms, decking, padding, netting, slides, barriers, play elements, and related equipment.
• Accurately measure, level, align, secure, and fasten equipment.
• Follow daily work assignments and direction from the Lead Installer.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, staging, organizing, and inventorying project materials.
• Identify and immediately report missing, damaged, or incorrect components.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.
• Follow company and jobsite safety requirements, including proper use of PPE, ladders, scaffolding, lifts, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain productivity and workmanship standards while helping the team meet project deadlines.
• Report installation problems, site conditions, or other issues that could delay assigned work.
• Assist with quality inspections, punch-list items, cleanup, and final project turnover.
• Protect company tools, project materials, equipment, and customer property from preventable damage.
• Maintain a professional attitude and work effectively as part of the installation team.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, equipment installation, carpentry, mechanical assembly, playground installation, or a similar hands-on trade preferred.
• Safely operate hand and power tools used during installation.
• Ability to read measurements and follow drawings and written installation instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours when required by the project schedule.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding, hands-on position. Installers must be able to:

• Regularly lift and carry equipment and materials weighing approximately 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, and work overhead.
• Safely work from ladders, scaffolding, platforms, and approved aerial lifts.
• Perform physical installation work for extended shifts.
• Work in active construction environments that may be hot, cold, dusty, noisy, or without full HVAC.

Travel & Schedule

Frequent travel to customer jobsites throughout the United States is required. Projects may require several days to multiple weeks away from home . Schedules may include weekends, extended shifts, and consecutive workdays as necessary to meet project deadlines.
