Job summary

Kraftsman Commercial Playgrounds & Water Parks in Spring, Texas is seeking an Installer to support on-site construction and installation of playgrounds and splash pads. You will follow Crew Lead directions, help ensure safety, and complete tasks to spec.

The role involves site prep, equipment assembly, material handling, and maintaining a clean, safe jobsite with travel across Texas; strong teamwork and willingness to learn are important.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of construction practices and jobsite safety.
• Ability to read simple measurements and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Follow Crew Lead instructions for daily construction tasks.
• Assist with site preparation, digging, grading, measuring, and layout.
• Assemble playground structures and equipment with hand tools and power tools.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely around the site.
• Operate equipment if trained and maintain a clean, safe site.
• Support concrete work and ensure inspections meet standards.

WhatYou’llDo

• Usemeasuringtoolstomarkinstallationpointsaccordingtoplans.
• Operateequipmentsuchasexcavatorsorskidsteers(iftrained).
• Maintainjobsitecleanlinessandremovedebristhroughouttheday.
• FollowallsafetyproceduresandwearrequiredPPEatalltimes.
• ReportissuesordiscrepanciestotheCrewLeadimmediately.
• Assistwithconcreteworksuchasmixing,pouring,andfinishing.
• Supportinspectionsbyensuringworkmeetsqualityandspecificationstandards.
