Job summary

Goldfish Swim School, Columbia, seeks a Year-round Aquatics Supervisor for our indoor facility. You will oversee swim lessons, manage attendance, and evaluate student progress, working hands-on with swimmers and staff to improve lesson quality.

You will communicate progress to parents after each lesson, while leading lifeguards and instructors, ensuring safety, and coordinating trainings. A set weekly schedule and paid training support your professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction as needed using Goldfish curriculum.
• Educate students on safety rules to prevent accidents.
• Evaluate progress for proper level placement and complete paperwork promptly.
• Interact with parents/guardians about student development.
• Lead training for lifeguards and instructors and provide feedback.
• Maintain pool equipment and monitor chemicals as needed.
• Plan and lead team workshops and trainings.
