Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support visits to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Manage all testing, remediation and services to ensure proper processes.
• Effectively use POS/CRM system to complete jobs and coordinate with the team.
• Collaborate with team to build positive relationships with clients.
• Satisfy customer needs by making recommendations using accurate procedures.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving problems and suggesting improvements.
• Service existing accounts by planning schedules and reviewing concerns.
