Job summary

IAQ Experts is seeking a full-time IAQ Sales & Service Specialist to join our field team serving San Antonio, Austin and Hill Country. On-site assessments, education for homeowners and business owners, and tailored purification solutions are core responsibilities.

You will propose UV lights, media filters, air purifiers and duct treatments, prepare simple quotes, and close sales during customer consultations. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport to job sites are required.

Qualifications

• Prior success in commission-based sales within HVAC, home services, or field consultation.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and consultative communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks for home-entry service roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial indoor air quality evaluations, diagnostics, and inspections.
• Educate clients on air quality hazards, ventilation issues, and corrective measures.
• Consult with customers to recommend and sell appropriate solutions (UV lights, media filters, air purifiers, duct treatments).
• Prepare straightforward service quotes and close sales directly during customer consultations.
• Maintain clear client documentation and perform routine follow-ups to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, full-time IAQ Sales & Service Specialist to join our growing field team. In this role, you will perform on-site indoor air assessments, educate homeowners and business owners on their air quality, and recommend tailored purification and filtration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial indoor air quality evaluations, diagnostics, and inspections.
• Educate clients on air quality hazards, ventilation issues, and corrective measures.
• Consult with customers to recommend and sell appropriate solutions (UV lights, media filters, air purifiers, duct treatments).
• Prepare straightforward service quotes and close sales directly during customer consultations.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Draw against commission (uncapped earning potential based on sales performance).

Paid Time Off: 1 week of paid vacation earned after 1 year of continuous employment.

Trial Period: 30-day initial probation period to assess fit and performance targets.

Work Schedule: Full-Time.
