Your New Role
As an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Specialist, your job is to make sure our customers are breathing the cleanest air possible. You’ll work on residential, commercial, and industrial job sites throughout Bozeman, MT, performing air quality assessments, cleaning HVAC components, and recommending IAQ solutions.
Daily responsibilities include:
Conducting indoor air quality assessments using diagnostic tools
Inspecting, cleaning, and sanitizing HVAC systems, air ducts, and ventilation components
Installing IAQ solutions like air purifiers, dehumidifiers, and UV germicidal lights
Removing allergens, dust, and pollutants to improve air quality
Educating customers on their air quality and providing improvement recommendations
Collaborating with HVAC technicians to integrate IAQ solutions into existing systems
Handling customer payments and updating reports in ServiceTitan
Preparing for the next day’s work, staging materials, and ensuring quality service

Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Experience in HVAC, IAQ, environmental testing, or duct cleaning is a plus (but not required—we’ll train you!)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate cleaning equipment like vacuums, brushes, and disinfectant sprayers
EPA Section 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Must be able to back up a trailer (or be willing to learn)
Strong customer service and communication skills
