AEPACS RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Indonesian Cuisine Chef to lead our kitchen team at Orchard.

You will prepare authentic Indonesian dishes, oversee quality, hygiene, and daily operations in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. You should have at least 2 years of Indonesian cuisine experience, a diploma or higher education, and the ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia with kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Indonesian cuisine.
• Diploma or higher education required.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Able to lift 20–40 kg and work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities
