Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and expand our federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region. This role focuses on strategy, scope, risk, and profitability across complex projects, including remote locations.

You will develop pursuit strategies, manage staffing, budgets, and schedules, and build strong client relationships while ensuring on-time, high-quality project outcomes. Domestic and international travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; 10 years of related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Develop pursuit strategies, including teaming partners, bidding tactics, and resources required to successfully deliver projects in highly complex and remote islands in the Indo‑Pacific.
Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and application of standard engineering or construction techniques, procedures, and criteria.
Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for projects using experience in executing work in difficult locations.
Prepare detailed statements of work with associated work breakdown structures and gains concurrence and approval from internal and external stakeholders regarding various project aspects.
Assess potential project risk and outlines risk mitigation solutions. Ensures adherence to company and project management policies, procedures, and practices.
