Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel up to 50% annually.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategies, teaming partners, bidding tactics and resources.
• Plan, schedule, and manage complex projects in remote Indo-Pacific locations.
• Create project definitions, budgets, and objectives with stakeholders.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation; ensure adherence to PM policies.
• Manage costs and profitability; communicate residual risks to leadership.
• Lead staffing plans and coordinate external resources and vendors.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
