The position emphasizes strategic pursuit planning, risk mitigation, and collaboration with sales to scope and cost new work, with travel up to 50%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree; 10 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Develop pursuit strategies, including teaming partners and bidding tactics.
• Plan, schedule, and budget projects with complex environments.
• Create project definitions and work breakdown structures for ambitious scopes.
• Coordinate staffing and external resources to meet project needs.

• Ensure profitability and manage client expectations for quality and on-time delivery.
