Recruiting Manager at Green Key Resources

Non-profit organization is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to join their team. Seeking a candidate with 3+ years of fundraising experience and strong writing skills. MUST have at least 2 years of Grant Writing experience to be considered.

Salary range: 75k - 90k base

Hours: 9am - 6pm

Hybrid schedule: 1 day onsite per week

Responsibilities:

• Grant Writing and Portfolio Management
• Craft compelling proposals and reports
• Conduct and maintain communications with funders
• Oversee the acknowledgment, tracking, and documentation of institutional grant contributions
• Prepare and submit all required grant reports in a timely manner
• Collaborate with program staff on proposal development
• Coordinate with operations teams regarding grant deliverables
• Attend organizational events, including those held after hours, as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of grant writing experience required
• Exceptional writer and communicator
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Previous experience with a CRM platform
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
