New York Common Pantry is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to oversee a donor portfolio at the $1,000–$9,999 level and move donors into the mid-level and major gift pipelines. The role offers hybrid work arrangements with in-office presence required at least three days per week, and reports to the Managing Director of Development.

The Individual Giving Manager is a vital frontline fundraising role responsible for managing a donor portfolio of individuals giving at the $1,000-$9,999 level. Working in collaboration with the Managing Director of Development, the Individual Giving Manager will identify and move donors from the annual fund to the mid-level pipeline with a focus on retaining, reactivating, and upgrading donors at the mid-level. The Individual Giving Manager will report to the Managing Director of Development at the 8 East 109th Street, New York, NY 10029 location. The position is full-time, exempt. This role has flexibility for hybrid work, but is required to be in the office at least three (3) times a week.

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000/year - commensurate with experience
