Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation is seeking an Indirects Estimator to develop construction indirect costs across large EPC estimates. The role builds and maintains the indirects workbook, converts inputs into hours and costs, and ensures alignment with staffing plans and the overall estimate.

The position supports close collaboration with construction, procurement, and project teams, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days in person per week at the Houston site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent and 2–5 years of relevant experience, or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in construction estimating, cost engineering or field project controls on large EPC projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and managing large estimating workbooks is required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains the project indirects workbook for construction indirect accounts.
• Develops indirect hours and costs from quantities, schedules, and craft curves.
• Loads inputs into the workbook and reviews for reasonableness with the construction team.
• Reconciles indirects between revisions and presents results in management reviews.
• Maintains version control of estimate files and supports proposal reviews.
