Job summary

Bechtel Manufacturing and Technology is seeking a seasoned superintendent to lead craft professionals on challenging infrastructure projects in Clay, NY. You will direct activities, set work schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to keep the project on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Uphold Projects Safety Values.
Monitor job-site rule compliance.
Assist in developing work schedules.
Follow Three Week Lookahead and provide weekly updates to ensure schedule compliance.
Coordinate with Area Indirects Superintendent and other supervisors on the project.
Ensure design information is available to Craft Professionals.
Ensure inspections of work scopes are completed in a timely manner.
Use project automation tools with Craft Professionals as required.
Collaborate with Project Environmental Professionals for compliance.
