Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Senior Manager for Indirect Sourcing Operations in Glenview, IL (Hybrid). The role leads the design and optimization of the indirect procurement operating model to support over $2B in annual indirect spend.

You will partner with Procurement Leadership, IT, Finance, and Business Operations to shape capabilities, governance, and continuous improvement. Travel 0–25% and experience with Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa is valued.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procurement Excellence, Supply Chain Operations, Indirect Procurement, or related operational function.
• Experience leading process transformation, operational improvement, or procurement technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, governance, reporting, and change management skills.
• Ability to travel 0% - 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the indirect procurement operating model.
• Develop and optimize Procure-to-Pay processes and controls to align with policy and audit requirement.
• Partner with IT to design and implement future-state procurement capabilities and system enhancements; lead procurement technology initiatives.
• Drive scalable procurement process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across indirect procurement operations.
• Develop and maintain procurement performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting; ensure policy/compliance adherence.
• Support supplier and internal stakeholder issue resolution; build operational frameworks for growth.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing Lead to ensure sourcing strategies transition to operational execution.
