Job summary

Rockline is seeking an Indirect Sourcing Manager I to develop, execute, and manage sourcing strategies for indirect services, MRO, projects, and related purchasing categories across North America. This role partners with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver cost savings, optimize supplier performance, mitigate risk, and support long-term business objectives.

Domestic and international travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Minimum of 4 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or related experience.
Experience leading supplier negotiations, contract management, and RFQ/RFP processes.
Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories including MRO, services, IT, HR, and site projects.
Lead supplier selection, RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, contract development, and supplier performance management.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify cost savings, process improvements, and value creation opportunities.
Analyze spend, market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry insights to optimize sourcing decisions and reduce risk.
Manage multiple sourcing projects while building strong relationships with internal customers and strategic suppliers.
