Job summary

OXEA Corporation is seeking a Director Indirect Procurement / MRO to lead a global team and shape procurement strategy for maintenance, operations, and project services. The role emphasizes cost control, sustainability, and EBITDA improvements across MRO categories.

The position requires strategic sourcing excellence, supplier relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and finance. Travel to supplier sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business; MBA strongly preferred.
• CMP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with procurement ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of buyers and set objectives for strategic sourcing and procurement excellence.
• Develop and execute a long-term MRO procurement strategy and category management for maintenance supplies.
• Negotiate and implement MRO contracts, cost controls, and Trade Working Capital initiatives.
• Drive EBITDA improvements and document cost avoidance with measurable financial impact.
• Influence inventory management across MRO categories and optimize stock levels.
• Develop KPIs and agile dashboards to monitor on-time delivery and procurement performance.
