Qualifications

• Proficiency with major procurement systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba).
• Strong cost-saving, spend analysis, and supplier relationship skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Partner with internal stakeholders in Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to align sourcing strategies and contracting processes.
• Support the Global Category Managers in developing clear category strategy in the region.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Drive supplier performance management with KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Monitor market trends and risks to proactively adjust sourcing strategies.
• Support adoption of digital procurement tools and systems as part of the wider procurement strategy.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiation.
• Proficiency in procurement systems such as SAP, Coupa, and Ariba.
• Strong cost-saving and supply chain management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, focusing on indirect categories.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• MBA or relevant certification preferred.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type & Location

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
