Job summary

Brunswick Corporation is seeking a collaborative Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support indirect procurement across the enterprise. You will lead supplier research, RFPs/RFQs, and negotiations to optimize total cost of ownership in categories such as logistics, corporate travel, real estate, and vehicle procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support supplier research, market analysis, and identification/qualification of potential suppliers.
• Develop and administer RFPs and RFQs; analyze proposals and evaluate supplier capabilities.
• Negotiate pricing, service levels, and other terms to achieve competitive total cost of ownership.
• Create and review purchase orders in Oracle; process designated indirect invoices.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage internal stakeholder communication.
• Define and monitor KPIs; drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes.
