Job summary

The Hillman Group in Cincinnati, OH seeks an Indirect Sourcing Lead to manage end-to-end vendor management, from initiation to contract completion, and to drive meaningful cost savings across indirect categories.

You will lead supplier negotiations, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing to implement effective category strategies. Proficiency with SAP, Concur, and other ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in indirect procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in contract management and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience with SAP and Concur and other ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Supply Chain certifications are a plus.
• Experience beyond just a buying role.

• Manage numerous projects such as identifying low-cost alternatives, analyzing conversion opportunities, and facilitating implementation to completion.
