Job summary

MSA Safety is seeking a procurement professional to drive indirect purchasing across Level I–III. You will convert requisitions to POs, analyze quotes, manage supplier relations, and help optimize ERP/P2P processes using SAP and BI tools.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business and 2+ years indirect purchasing (Level II) or 4+ years (Level III); certifications like ISM/ASCM are a plus. This is an on-site position in Cranberry Township, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business or related field.
• 2+ years indirect purchasing experience (Level II) or 4+ years with large indirect spend (Level III).
• ISM, APICS, ASCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect procurement across regions, reconciling processes with P2P standards.
• Negotiate terms, monitor supplier performance, and drive cost savings.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and operations to optimize procurement systems.
