Qualifications

• Prefer major in Business, Finance or Supply Chain.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Must be enrolled as a US college student.
• Must have completed at least 30 credit hours.
• Attach unofficial transcript.
• Work term May 18 – Aug 7, 2026.
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.

Responsibilities

• Support buyers in negotiations and order processing.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers.
• Data analytics in Excel for buyer projects.
• Coordinate meetings with suppliers and assist in escalations.
• Assist with data clean-up for new system implementation.
• Follow up with suppliers for events.
• Support Coupa / SRM rollout.
• Diversity event support.
• Supplier day support.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Create PowerPoint deck slides for presentations and support meetings.
• Participate in project team meetings.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Schedule meeting room usage as needed.
