Job summary

The role reports to the Director, Indirect Procurement and requires collaboration with stakeholders, strong negotiation and analytics, and the ability to work in-office Tuesday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in indirect procurement or sourcing.
• Experience in change and continuous process improvement.
• Ability to manage new categories.
• Strong contract negotiation experience with suppliers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for a broad range of indirect services and goods.
• Identify opportunities for OpEx and CapEx cost reductions and budget savings.
• Negotiate contracts to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Manage supplier relationships to meet performance expectations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives.
• Report monthly savings KPIs to Executives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
