Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) seeks an Indirect Procurement Sourcing Specialist to develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect materials and services supporting business operations. You will partner with stakeholders to identify cost reductions, drive supplier consolidation, and ensure quality and compliance.

This hybrid role requires coordinating with Finance, Operations and Legal, leading RFI/RFQ/RFP cycles, negotiating terms, and monitoring supplier performance to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of procurement/sourcing experience.
• Indirect sourcing experience preferred.
• CPSM, CIPS, CSCP or CPM certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop sourcing strategies for indirect spending categories including MRO, facilities, IT, and services.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and supplier assessments.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and service levels with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance with KPIs and scorecards.
• Support contract lifecycle management and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, IT and other teams.
