Bose Corporation in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead indirect procurement across G&A, Marketing, and Sales. You will drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and risk mitigation while collaborating with Real Estate, Finance, HR, Legal, and business stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on sourcing, strong analytics, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, or supplier management.
• Experience in indirect procurement across G&A categories such as Real Estate, Finance, HR, Legal, Professional Services, or other corporate services; experience supporting Marketing/Sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to execute sourcing events and support negotiations.
• Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing suppliers and tracking performance against KPIs or SLAs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience guiding or mentoring junior team members preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• SAP Ariba, Excel, Power BI, or similar tool experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute category strategies primarily across G&A indirect procurement, while supporting Marketing and Sales sourcing initiatives as assigned.
• Lead sourcing activities including RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract support.
• Partner with Real Estate, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to align sourcing work with business needs.
• Manage supplier relationships, track performance, support business reviews, and elevate risks or issues.
• Conduct spend analysis, benchmarking, savings tracking, and sourcing reporting.
• Evaluate scopes of work, pricing models, rate cards, SLAs, and supplier proposals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, supplier consolidation, process improvement, and demand management.
• Provide guidance to procurement buyers or analysts and support junior team development.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sourcing processes, and contract standards.
