Job summary

Amcor Specialty Cartons Americas LLC is seeking an experienced indirect buyer to support regional plants. You will negotiate with suppliers, manage performance, and drive spend strategies across spares, consumables, services and office supplies through Ariba and ERP systems.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to procurement policies. Travel to sites may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Experience in indirect procurement within a large, multi-site manufacturing organization is preferred.
• Strong analytical and Excel-based problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and select suppliers for indirect spends according to category strategy and policies.
• Manage day-to-day supplier performance and collaborate with category managers to deliver timely solutions.
• Provide reporting on catalog vs non-catalog spend, Ariba compliance, and supplier performance.
