  • Ensure business continuity planning and provide support to plants and stakeholders.
  • Lead the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) program for regional plants, hosting monthly meetings, monitoring KPIs, and attending relevant sessions.
  • Coordinate third‑party suppliers for product substitution projects and repair/rebuild programs.
  • Manage Variable & Managed Inventory (VMI) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standardization for regional plants.
  • Prepare monthly management reports measuring catalog vs. non‑catalog spend, Ariba compliance, product substitution, repair & rebuild activity, and inventory management.
  • Define and implement local corrective actions as required.
  • Collaborate with category managers, P+ point teams, and plant operations to monitor and enforce compliance with catalog usage and indirect TCO strategies, including supplier consolidation, SKU standardization, and other procurement objectives.
  • Act as the Ariba super‑user and local P+ champion, providing coaching, training, and day‑to‑day support for procurement processes and master data systems.
  • Engage category managers on supplier pricing issues and contract updates, notifying relevant stakeholders when necessary.
  • Maintain workflow logs within agreed service levels from new and updated purchase requisitions (PRs) to purchase orders (POs) and work closely with requisitioners, suppliers, receiving, controllers, and shared services finance to resolve invoice issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
  • Escalate non‑compliance to ASC policies to finance and procurement category managers/directors for remedial action.
  • Lead the identification and implementation of supplier catalog improvements to drive continuous spend reductions, focusing on correct pricing, SKU availability, and master data accuracy.
  • Manage communication with suppliers and internal customers to meet product and delivery needs and specifications.
  • Monitor BAAN exception reports to resolve PO discrepancies and ensure timely invoice payment.
  • Ensure compliance of North American plant operations with MRO maximum level settings and oversee overstock transfer via the share‑the‑spares program.
  • Assist in identifying obsolete items and processing vendor add/change/maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate with MDM specialists to ensure accurate part nomenclature, pricing, and SAP category assignments for new or extended parts.
  • Support plant leadership and procurement category managers with data analysis, metric reporting, and purchasing information as requested.
  • Assist with the setup of new equipment spares packages and rebuild packages to maintain optimal ASC inventory levels.
  • Perform additional projects or tasks as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements
