This position requires standing, lifting, and repetitive motions for the entire shift. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and humid/wet environment.****Duties include:*** **Effective Box Stacking:** + **Ensure proper setup for efficient packing.** + **Stack finished product boxes (up to 50 lbs.) on wooden pallets.** + **Arrange boxes in an organized and efficient manner.*** **Pallet Wrapping and Preparation:** + **Wrap completed pallets securely for shipping.** + **Prepare pallets to be taken to the shipping area.*** **Additional Duties:** + **Perform any other assigned tasks as directed by the Supervisor.****Requirements:*** **Applicants must be able to work with others to adhere to Tyson's safety culture.
