John Deere is seeking an Indirect Materials & Services Planner to join our supply management team. You will convert requisitions, communicate POs to suppliers, and resolve blocked invoices while ensuring SOX compliance.

The role requires 1+ year in supply management and experience with requisition-to-PO processes, negotiations, and conflict resolution. The position is onsite with a focus on MS Office, SAP landscapes, and data tools such as Power BI.

Your Responsibilities

• Convert purchase requisitions and complete shopping carts; ensure orders meet SOX compliance
• Communicate POs to suppliers
• Complete timely resolution of blocked invoices and delinquent orders
• Process Expedited orders
• Drive compliance to Enterprise Quote Policy

What Skills You Need

• 1 or more years of experience working in Supply Management
• 1 or more years of experience with Supply Management processes, the Requisition to PO process and tools
• 1 or more years of experience with negotiations and conflict resolution
• 1 or more years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Power Point, One Note
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with SAP Landscapes PAG, PSR, PDX and PFI
• Experience with JDSN, SRM
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent relationship building skills

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Management, Engineering or equivalent related work experience
