John Deere is seeking an Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) Planner to join the Moline, IL team. You will manage requisitions, communicate with suppliers, and help drive SOX-compliant purchasing in a collaborative, face-to-face environment.

This role requires experience in supply management, PO processes, and strong Excel/Power BI skills, with exposure to SAP landscapes. Onsite work location options include Moline, IL, Horicon WI, or Waterloo IA.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in Supply Management.
• 1+ year of experience with the Requisition to PO process and tools.
• 1+ year of experience with negotiations and conflict resolution.
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Convert purchase requisitions and complete shopping carts; ensure orders meet SOX compliance.
• Communicate POs to suppliers.
• Complete timely resolution of blocked invoices and delinquent orders.
• Process Expedited orders.
• Drive compliance to Enterprise Quote Policy.

Your Responsibilities

As a Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) Planner for John Deere Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) located in Moline, IL, Horicon, WI, or Waterloo, IAyou will:

What Skills You Need

• 1 or more years of experience working in Supply Management
• 1 or more years of experience with Supply Management processes, the Requisition to PO process and tools
• 1 or more years of experience with negotiations and conflict resolution
• 1 or more years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Power Point, One Note
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with SAP Landscapes PAG, PSR, PDX and PFI
• Experience withJDSN, SRM
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent relationship building skills

Education

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Management, Engineering or equivalent related work experience
