  • Must be able to safely work with chemicals.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill material/component orders for production jobs.

  • Maintain accurate and timely ERP entries.
  • Complete documentation according to quality procedures.
  • Stay current on quality system updates.
  • Perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
  • Order necessary manufacturing supplies.
  • Monitor job progress using system reports.
  • Conduct regular checks on equipment.
  • Clean equipment after job completion.
  • Assist with job changeovers as needed.

Job description

Purpose

This position supports the production team by ensuring materials and components are available and accurately supplied to meet job requirements. This role is responsible for inventory control, material tracking, and assisting with job changeovers and equipment upkeep to maintain a smooth production flow.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Fulfill material/component orders for production jobs
  • Verify materials match job specifications
  • Issue raw materials into the ERP system
  • Maintain accurate and timely ERP entries
  • Complete all documentation in accordance with quality system procedures
  • Stay current on quality system updates impacting the role
  • Perform cycle counts to ensure part availability and inventory accuracy
  • Order necessary manufacturing supplies
  • Monitor job progress and performance using system reports
  • Conduct regular rounds (every 2 hours) to ensure dryers and hoppers are full and functioning
  • Clean equipment following job completion
  • Assist with job changeovers as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
