Job summary

Odoo in Brisbane, CA is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of direct customers across the North American market. You will be a trusted advisor, driving adoption and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the journey.

You will work with customer stakeholders and internal teams to maximize value, drive retention and renewals, and identify growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, ERP, or another client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and proactively manage a portfolio of direct customers across the North American market.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and understand their goals.
• Drive product adoption and engagement with best practices.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess health and outcomes.
• Identify churn risks and drive renewals and revenue goals.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for additional Odoo applications.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Support, Sales, and Product teams to resolve issues.
• Advocate for customers by sharing feedback with internal stakeholders.
