Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned dealer regions and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong dealer relationships with principals and finance staff.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to identify growth opportunities and provide coaching.
• Be the main contact for dealer questions and operational concerns.
• Drive loan production and monitor dealer performance and profitability.
• Lead onboarding of new indirect lending partners and expand territory coverage.
• Promote products, pricing programs, and incentives at dealer events and conferences.
• Monitor trends, implement action plans, and support annual targets.
• Provide dealer training on CU lending programs and electronic contracting.
